People be the most important asset in any organization. Therefore, employees be the most valuable asset in an organization. In effectuate for any organization to succeed, its employees have to be satisfied and incite to perform tasks at optimal level through juicy behavior. It is a challenging task for a company to proceed a diverse work challenged to stumble the organizations successful standards and goals. It is non an impossible task but preferably difficult. Be creator of diversity issues, an organization must find different motivational tools and strategies to motivate employees. Our paper will examine few of motivational strategies to increase productivity in a diverse workplace and enhance employee satisfaction to meet the organizations goals and tar take offs.
Our showcase here is a real estate office called unified America Investments Realty. At this office, realtors usually assign themselves goals that they hope to attain by the end of each year. These goals could be a way out of homes sold or quotas that they like to meet.
It was clear that employees satisfaction was follow through by the high rate of turnover in this finicky office. Realtors did not show up to the office as they are supposed to.



Too many missed calls and messages, current clients were disgruntled and complained about the service, and less walk ins to the office were mostly implications that the employees were not motivated enough and stopped showing up to work.
The film director in the office wanted to discover the root cause of the low sales in his office and if the problem emanates from employees dissatisfaction.
The tutor requested meetings with all employees on individual basis meetings. He concluded that some employees requested more training, especially the comparatively new hires.
