Abstract
In an in depth look at the possibility of recovery from puerility TBI with specific reference to modern, we found him to suffer from severe TBI with diffused closed head injuries. He presented with symptoms of cognitive impairment at age 9 afterward his grade 3 teacher recommended that he repeats the grade due to poor performance. We discuss the TBI in relation to the functionality of brain-structures. It is evident that the frontal lobe, the superior collicullus, his RAS and thalamus prolong trauma. The late presentation of his cognitive impairments due to increasing scrutiny of higher severalize skills and level of intelligence, mathematical abilities and attention gave ride to concerns regarding the extent of the sustained TBI four years earlier. Recovery could be enhanced if proper cognitive and physical rehabilitation mechanisms be followed. The extent of TBI depends on various factors that vary substantially in individuals with TBI. The extent and nature of Neos TBI is severe and he is going to have to face well-nigh challenges and hardships as a result. He is however in the fortunate position to be in the care of loving family members who attended to his special needs, the signification it became apparent that the TBI he sustained 4 years earlier, had some repercussions.
