The indite was born on May 30, 1989 at Antagan I tumauini, Isabela. She is the seven among the nine siblings of the family. Her parents are Mr. Gregorio T.Baccay and Mrs. Leticia T. Baccay.
She finish her simple-minded education at Antagan Elementary School. By Gods grace, she continued her Secondary Education at Antagan National elevated School (ANHS) at Aantagan I Tumauini,Isabela. Through her patience and stiffness she successfully finished and graduated in course 2007.Due to financial problem, she stopped for one (1) year and unconquerable to devote her fourth dimension in their church and she helped her parents too..
After a year the author was blessed and given a chance to pursue in colledge. Her pastor , Rev. Dickson Z. Paguigan pushed her to enroll education courses at Isabela state University, Cabagan Campus. that she decided to took Agricultural engineering science Test at provincial Technical Institute of Agriculture (PTIA).
Through Gods permission, she passed the examination and was offered a scholarship for Diploma of Agriculture Technology Bachelor of Agriculture Technology (DAT-BAT) after a year and a half, she was granted to one of the scholar of PGMA/CHED SCHOLARSHIP.
As the days go by, two (2) year were fulfilled and she graduated in Diploma of Agriculture Technology (DAT) in year 2010. She decided to pursue the second ladder of the course, the bachelor of Agriculture Technology.
