Process
Although I contribute to the group, I cook a plentitude of weaknesses too. More ab out my contributions, strengths and weaknesses, and other perspectives will be discussed in the following evaluation.
My strengths are also what I have contributed to the group. Firstly, I held on to a serious attitude and paying(a) most attention in rehearsals most of the times. I did non fool around and waste time, basically. Secondly, I listen to, brook and put others ideas into practice. I can go along with others ideas well. Thirdly, I always try my best to do my part of pee-pee and produce quality work. I hand them in on time as well.
However, I have a lot of weaknesses too. First, I do not always voice out opinions. Even if I do give ideas, they are a good deal comments of other peoples ideas. They are not bigger major or concrete ideas most of the times. For example, Adrian had an idea close to the blocking of a scene, but I did not view it was appropriate, and therefore disagreed. I only gave an idea for a rebuff change, instead of giving a brand new, better idea. This is what very much happens. Second, I did not spend enough time allow myself familiarize with the performance script. I was not 100 portion sure about the changes of scenes, lines, blockings, etc.

It was always Emily leading the group, organization meetings, etc. I have never stateed to take up such responsibilities. There was one time when everyone had to record virtually recordings. However, when we were asked who would be the editor, nobody offered to take up the responsibility, including me. Emily tried to offer and take up the responsibility again. But we all refused.
