Personal definition of leadership
Leadership is delimitate in so many different forms that it is hard to capitulation point which one is the best definition of leadership. I give way defined leadership as the contrivance of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common closing. Yes, leadership can be an trick as well. When you think of it, art is in a constant state of reposition, so naught can re tout ensembley pin down what it is. Leadership promotes change and a good leader helps followers understand and brood change. My definition of leadership senior highlights the leadership essentials which are to inspire and be well prepared. Effective leadership is based upon ideas, but wont happen unless those ideas can be communicated to others in a way that engages them. The leader is the inspiration and director of the action. The leader is in addition the person in the group that possesses the combination of personality and leadership skills that makes others want to follow their direction.
What has influenced this definition of leadership is growing up around leaders and watching them successfully create an art of leading and seeing their followers be inspired to confine action. For example I had a wonderful teacher that was a leader because she took a group of us that was suppose to relegate and inspired us to believe in ourselves which in engender led all failing students to graduate. The common goal she cherished us to believe, was believing in ourselves. Once we embraced the common goal the wave of change was planted in us and we all succeeded when no one thought we could. I was told in the fourth part grade that I would not graduate from junior high, high school, or college because of my academic disability. That teacher led me to believe that I could do anything.
