Abstract
Different spate with different backgrounds and education, working actively in the hospitality industry
were interviewed for this research document. Also many websites and books were consulted, including
a formal thesis from a college student from another higher learning institution. The teaching produced, the research brought and the recommendations made atomic number 18 a result of the lack of information and formality of the process concerning the topic discussed here.
