An effective Human Resources Management system plays an active role in an system of rules in order for the organization to survive and grow. An effective HRM is to a greater extent than just record keeping, procedure, rules or the policy police. It is a incision in which emphasizes the solution of trade problems to help achieve organizational objectives and to help employee development and satisfaction. An effective HRM performs an array of activities which are touch on employment opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, planning, recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, safety, and employee labor relations.
