Some of the challenges of managing the human resources inside my organization include recruitment and retention. As an organization its important that we continue to put our emphasis on attracting and retaining well mean employees. This has become a dire need peculiarly now as there continues to be an issue in regards to having enough workers in healthcare, but also having individuals who are skilled enough to work in this environment.



Another challenge face as the VP of HR is finding more than strategic shipway of attracting employees, especially due to the increase in competition two locally and or globally (Flynn, et al, 2007).
Another challenge that is a good deal times overlooked but also relevant in maintain recruitment and retention is encouraging and managing diversity. Healthcare is evermore changing but is also becoming more and more diverse daily. A lot of organizations struggle in this stadium as they do not understand the importance of powerful managing diversity.
