My name is Linda Flareau, and I am a part of the keep company stovepipe Collins. As the Vice President of system and Financial Planning, my responsibilities involve setting insurance premiums and pricing plans for our conjectural clientele. Castor Collins has been approached by two different companies as to obtaining employer insurance which both having a set rate as to the employees being capable to paying for premiums since each root word will be having to compensate for their own insurance. The company that my police squad and I will be working with will be Consturctit and our goal is to keeping revenue to its max and the run a risk to its stripped by determining which of the three plans will be surpass suited, which are Castor Standard, Castor Enhanced, and the customized plan being Castor Enhanced Minor.
Demographics
Constructit consists of 1,000 employees, which 550 being custody that are between the ages of 26 to 45. Of these employees there are 450 women between the ages of 26 to 42. Of the employees there is 32% of them involving physical activities that are excessive, which can include some risk of health, however, 25% of the employees jobs do include inactive activities.
Even with cut back activity there may be any determine of an injury occurring. The employees who are inactive generally are desk supply which is not invulnerable from an injury occurring. 60% of the employees are married. From the company Constructit there is 1000 employees, as to the numbers of 210 woman and clxx men there is 38% of the staff that has no major(ip) health problems. 10% of the employees being 36 women and 55 men are smokers. The mainstream of the staff miss work due to respiratory system disease, migraines, digestive disorders, allergies, and injuries.
