Writing projectI had an opportunity to work with a host in a writing project , which taught me some of the fundamentals of group communication and group behaviour . I do non wish to say that the project was a failure scarcely it could have been a great success if the group members had a better cohesion . The project was ab break documenting the life of fishermen community in a coastal area , and we had deuce weeks clock time to complete the project . The group included five raft , and three of us have been to such a dictate for the first time . The nature of our work demanded lot of interviews , musician observation and an investigation into the problems that the community faced . So we unflinching to collection the necessary information in three levels - two people to conduct the interviews , one person to carry out participant observation and cordinate the activities and two people to conduct the investigation and take photographs . But the research not reach anyplace even after nine years .

This put us in a very strange situation with too some information and with no clear conclusion . So we obstinate to get out of the dead lock and entrusted two of us to complete the report , while others helped them with s and other letter paper .
