1 . An example of a group of which I bring been a part is a formal class in a school . I have also been a part of an informal group of friends with whom I would work together during lunch or meet with at the m either after school . The dynamics of severally group were very unalike , as the norms of the formal group were generally more strictly reinforced than the informal . We were always expected to stand when teachers entered or left the classroom and raise our hands when we wanted to call . The br activities in class were also structured by a timetable . In my informal group , meeting time were less stringent , and people spoke whenever they had something to say2 . I once belonged to a quiz squad and the structured nature of teams was demo very well . Each mortal had a portion within the team , which was to become an expert on a given part of the material . The roles were assigned in to flare-up the strengths of the persons to whom they were given , as well as to meet the necessitate of the entire team . The entire group depended on the efforts of each member and pressure was placed on each person to perform in to win the event . This pressure became a form of account world power . A youth group I have been a part of was different in that we had a youth leader (pastor ) and our meetings were dominated by the ideas and desires of the leader - though he often sought our input Because it was a life-sized youth group , the absence of members at certain generation had no particularly negative impact on the meetings (Mackin 20073 .

Of all the team structures , I prefer the self managing team because of its ability to give creative freedom to the members . It is often the case that succeeding(a) the strict agenda of a leader causes the team to get together because of the wealth of creativity (within the members ) that often gets stifled in the remark of leadership and guidance .
