SELANGOR TOPS HIGHEST NUMBER OF ABANDONED BABY CASES IN THE COUNTRY 0 Comments | BERNAMA; Malaysian National watchword Agency, Apr 7, 2010 from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, April 7 (Bernama) -- Selangor have registered the highest number of abandoned do by cases in the country since 2005, compared with other states, the Dewan Rakyat heard today.
