Vulnerable Populations
Homelessness has been a huge problem end-to-end the world for a very long time. This problem has no name, does not discriminate, and scum bag happen to anyone at any presumption time. Additionally, many homeless people were a good deal treated as slaves because they were forced to work excessively long hours under very harsh conditions in labor camps and almshouses and inevitable to wear badges (Martin, 2007, p. 201).
During the 19th and early 20th centuries the homeless population consisted basically of Caucasian men with alcoholism and mental malady at the top of the list as the main causes. However, during the capital Depression the collapse of the economy caused the number of homelessness to skyrocket and the adversity of the banking system resulted in foreclosure to a record number of homes, people did not have jobs and therefore could not continue to knuckle under their mortgage.
