Friedrich Nietzsche and On the Genealogy of ethical motive

Friedrich Nietzsches On the Genealogy of Morality seeks to explain the demanding question of contemporary incorruptity of man by word picture it as an ascetic ideal, the basis of which is guilt and a blue conscience, 2 of which would lead to the furthering of what Nietzsche calls a striver revolt. some other well-known philosopher, Emmanuel Kant, would fervently refute this view. Kant believed that morality is constructed from universal background and in no way, shape or form lot be understood from a historic origin. While both men make valid points, through all of the historical examples such as religion and social class systems, Friedrich Nietzsche makes a stronger argument.

In the treatises of On the Genealogy of Morality, Friedrich Nietzsche explains the two camps of contemporary morality, which Nietzsche believes ar artificially constructed by man. The first form of morality, according to Nietzsche, is outperform morality. Master morality is born of the social norms of the elite classes and what is moral is what the elite or noble do, while immoral actions are those of the lower classes. The second morality is slave morality.



This morality is born of resentment for the noble classes and seeks to force blame upon someone or something for their lack of power in society and when pushed faraway enough this resentment will explode into a slave revolt of sorts, and would cause a role reversal for the two moralities.

Nietzsche begins to explain the difference between good and bad in his first treatise, and in doing so also shows the way in which morality is socially constructed by explaining that,
