Statistical process catch provides apply of the statistical principals and techniques at every stage of the production. Statistical care for Control (SPC) aims to control quality characteristics on the methods, machine, products, equipments both for the follow and operators with magnificent seven. Some simple techniques like the seven sanctioned quality control (QC) tools provide a very blue-chip and cost effective way to meet these objectives.
However, to make them thriving as cost effective and problem solving tools, absolute commitment from top management is required.
