progress Composition Summer Reading
Dear Prospective Advanced Composition Students:
Welcome! I look forward to encounter you in the fall and have already begun plans for the course. Your summer instruction identification is described below. This assignment is an important feature of the modernistic classes, keeping you active as readers, broadening your horizons, challenging your analyzing skills, and mitigation your transition into college.
The summer reading is a GRADED assignment for the program. Failure to complete the assignment ordain result in a grade of 0 (zero) which will equal or so 10% or more of our semester grade. This assignment is not optional.
all(a) students must read Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer. Please bribe this novel. Annotate your books as you read, marking significant passages. Alternately white plague post-its. If you have a problem obtaining the book, please see me in room 623.

I intend that Chris McCandless was bright and ignorant at the same time. He had no business going into Alaska with his romantic silliness. He made a lot of mistakes based on arrogance. I dont admire him at all for his courage nor his noble ideas. Really, I think he was just plain crazy. (Shaun Callarman)
